About this mail sorter gift
Mail sorters work early, usually before dawn, standing at a case and moving thousands of pieces an hour by zip code and route. Their day runs on routine and speed, and the people who know the job well know how much goes into a sort that looks effortless from the lobby. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic joke about junk mail. A soft tee they can wear on the walk in, a hoodie for the cold dock mornings, or a mug for the thermos of coffee that gets them through the first hour. Put the job title on it as their customer named it, mail sorter, and add a second line like their route, their plant, or their year on the job if you know it. Keep the wording as they'd say it at work. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a simple way to show the team notices them.
