About this manager maintenance gift
Maintenance managers keep a building or a fleet running when nobody notices it's running, which means they're often on call, fixing things at odd hours and walking the same halls between work orders. The gifts that land tend to be practical things they can wear on a cold rooftop or use during a long shift. A dark tee hides the grease and dust of a busy day, a hoodie handles the early winter starts, and a mug on the desk is the one thing in the shop that's clearly theirs. The word maintenance on the front tells the crew who's running the place, and a second line with the site, the building or the team turns a generic work shirt into one they'll actually want to wear. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop can put every technician's name on their own shirt under one design. Plenty of facilities teams mark the end of a long project or a busy season with something like that.
