About this manager product management gift
Product managers spend their days translating between engineers, designers, sales and a roadmap that changes every quarter, so the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge the balancing act. A soft tee for the standup, a hoodie for the late-night launch week, a mug for the stack of meeting notes that never gets finished. The word manager and product management are both on the designs, and that's a good place to start: a product manager may feel like a title nobody outside tech quite understands. Put their team or their product in the second line, and the shirt becomes specific to the work they actually do. A mug with their name keeps the office coffee from walking off, and a hoodie fits the cold conference rooms. Product management is a common career path to move into from engineering or design, so a gift that marks a promotion or a first PM role tends to land well.
