About this manager project gift
A project manager usually juggles deadlines, stakeholders and a calendar that never sits still, and the gifts they actually use are the ones that make a busy week feel a little lighter. A mug on the desk for the morning kickoff, a soft hoodie for the long stretch before a launch, a tee for the team offsite. What makes these land is the detail that shows you know the job. Put the word project manager on the design, or a line about their team, their role or the year they took it on. A name works too, since a personal mark is the difference between a generic work mug and one that's clearly theirs. If you're shopping for a whole project team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better send-off than another round of cake. Project managers often change roles or finish a big launch, so a milestone gift fits any season of the year.
