About this mc leod gift
McLeod is a Scottish clan name, and it's also the name of a few small US towns and counties. A McLeod on a shirt usually means a family name first, then a sense of place: the town where a branch of the family settled, the county on a county-line road, or the place a grandparent grew up. If you know which McLeod place matters to the person, that's the detail that will land. Otherwise lean on the family side: a tee or hoodie with the name and a year, or a mug for the kitchen. The name works especially well on a shirt for a reunion or a clan gathering, since everyone can wear the same design with their own first name on it. Tartan-style gifts are a common Scottish choice, but the name itself already carries the connection, so keep the design simple and let it do the work.
