About this mechanical associate gift
A mechanical associate is someone who keeps the machines running: they read a work order, pull parts, troubleshoot a stubborn line, and usually work in a shop that runs on early starts and tight deadlines. Their hands are often greasy by lunch, so they tend to value practical gifts that hold up to the job. A shirt in a dark color can handle the shop floor, a hoodie covers the cold bays and loading docks, and a mug is the one thing guaranteed to make it through the morning break. What makes a gift land for someone in this role is the sense that you know what their day actually looks like. Add the word mechanical associate as the main line, and use the second line for their shop, their crew or their first name. The result feels like their own, not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which goes over well at a year-end lunch or a shift change.
