About this morgan city gift
Morgan City sits on the Atchafalaya River in south Louisiana, a small working town where a lot of people know each other by first name and most of the economy runs on the water and the oil patch. People who grew up there tend to carry it with them wherever they go, and a Morgan City shirt is an easy way to say where you're from without a long explanation. For the person who moved away for school or work, a mug with the town name is the small daily reminder of home. For someone who still lives there, a hoodie reads as local pride and works through the cool months along the river. Kids tees and onesies make it a family thing, passed down to the next generation of people born in the same town. Add a second line with a graduation year, a street or a family name, and the shirt becomes one that belongs to them specifically rather than a generic town souvenir.
