About this on site coordinator gift
An on site coordinator is the person who makes events happen in real places: they walk the venue before anyone arrives, sort out the vendor who's an hour late, and keep a running list of what's still missing while everyone else is looking at the stage. Their days are long, often outdoors, and mostly spent on their feet with a radio or phone in hand. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A tee they can wear to a load-in, a hoodie for the cold early call time, or a mug for the trailer or the office where they plan the next one. Put their job title on it, and if you know the company or the kinds of events they run, a second line can carry that. A shirt that says On Site Coordinator reads as a small piece of recognition, the kind of thing a person actually wears to work rather than tucks in a drawer.
