About this on site supervisor gift
An on site supervisor is the person who's usually the first to arrive and the last to leave, walking the job with a hard hat, a clipboard and a phone that won't stop ringing. They keep crews moving, catch problems before they become expensive, and answer for the schedule when everything goes sideways. Gifts that land for this role are the ones built for long days outside: a tee for the truck, a hoodie for the cold early start, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the trailer. Put their title on it, On Site Supervisor, and add their name or their crew's name on the second line. It turns a generic work shirt into something they'll actually wear to the next job, and it tells them you know what the role takes.
