About this order picker gift
An order picker spends the shift walking aisles with a scanner or a cart, pulling cases and cartons off racks and getting them onto the right pallet before the truck leaves. Most of that work happens on concrete floors in cold storage or a warehouse that's either too hot in August or too cold in January, so the gifts that last are the ones that make the shift easier to face. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the freezer section, a mug for the break room where a lot of coffee gets drunk between pick waves. Put the words order picker on it and it reads as a job they're proud of, not a generic work shirt. If you want something more personal, add their site, their shift or the year they started. Warehouse crews often get shirts for an anniversary or a promotion to lead, and a name on the shirt tends to get worn more than a plain one.
