About this orrtanna gift
Orrtanna is a small unincorporated community in Adams County, Pennsylvania, and the people who've lived there tend to hold onto it. A shirt with the town name is the kind of gift that gets worn to the county fair, to a family reunion, or on the drive back after years away. Because the town is small, the people who'd appreciate a gift like this often have a long connection to it, through family, a church, or a farm that's been around for generations. Pair the town name with a second line for a street, a graduating class, a family surname, or the year they moved back, and it becomes something they can't find anywhere else. For someone who left and misses the hills and quiet, a mug on the kitchen counter is a steady reminder of where they're from.
