About this paid internship gift
A paid internship is often someone's first real look at a working life, and it can be a lot to carry: early mornings, unfamiliar software, and the nerves of being new in the room. The gifts that land are the ones that say they earned the spot and that you noticed. A tee with paid internship on it works for the first week and the last, whether they're heading into the office or running a lab bench. A hoodie handles the chilly commute and the late nights of a project deadline. A mug fits the desk where they'll drink a lot of coffee while they learn. Add the company's name or the year they started if you know it, and the shirt becomes a marker of this particular chapter instead of a generic work item. Interns often get overlooked, so a small, specific gift tells them they belong on the team.
