About this personal coach gift
A personal coach is usually the person who shows up before work, pushes the client through the last set, and remembers the goal the client set in January. Whether they train people in a gym, online or in a park, the gifts that land are the ones that feel like part of the job: a tee for the early-morning session, a hoodie for the chilly outdoor sessions, or a mug for the post-workout coffee they drink while planning the next week. What makes it personal is the detail only someone who knows them would pick. Put their coaching title on the front, add their name or studio on a second line, and the shirt becomes theirs rather than a generic fitness tee. If you're buying for a whole team of coaches at a gym, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a simple way to say thanks. Many coaches also celebrate the anniversary of their first certification or first client, so a year on the design can mark that milestone.
