About this postpartum rn gift
Postpartum RNs spend their shifts caring for mothers in the first hours and days after birth, often with little sleep and a lot of standing. The gifts they keep are the ones that feel like they were picked by someone who understands that work. A soft tee for the drive home from a long shift, a hoodie for the chilly break room, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off the nurses' station. Their specialty is what sets this role apart, so putting postpartum on the shirt, along with RN and the credential they earned, makes the gift feel specific to them. If you're buying for a whole postpartum unit, one design with each nurse's name on their own shirt makes a better gift than another round of coffee. Nurses Week runs May 6 to 12 every year, and it's a busy time to order.
