About this pre press manager gift
A pre-press manager sits between the design team and the press floor, checking files, color profiles and proofs before anything gets printed, and they're usually the one who catches the mistake nobody else saw. It's detail work with real deadlines, and the people in it tend to be proud of getting things right the first time. A gift that acknowledges the craft, not just the title, tends to land well. Put their job title on a shirt or mug and add a second line with their company's name, their shop or their crew, and it reads as something they'd actually wear. For a longtime pre-press person, a mug for the desk is a daily reminder that somebody noticed. If you're buying for a whole production team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better group gift than a card passed around the office.
