About this prep manager gift
A prep manager keeps the kitchen running before service even starts. They're usually in before the line cooks, breaking down cases, portioning proteins, labeling everything with a date and initials, and making sure the cooks have what they need when the rush hits. It's detail work that rarely gets noticed until something is missing. A gift that acknowledges that early-morning, behind-the-scenes grind tends to land well. A tee for the kitchen, a hoodie for the walk-in and a mug for the first coffee of the day all fit the routine. Adding their name or the restaurant's name makes it feel personal, and a second line with something like Prep Lead or Kitchen Crew makes it theirs. If you're buying for a whole kitchen team, the Team Shop lets you order one design and put each person's name on their own shirt.
