About this project eng gift
A project engineer is usually the one holding the schedule, the budget and the subcontractors together, often on a job site that's muddy in the morning and full of change orders by the afternoon. They tend to wear hard hats, steel-toe boots and a lot of layers, and they spend a lot of time on the phone with people who don't answer. Something practical lands well: a hoodie for cold site mornings, a dark tee for the long days on the job, or a mug for the trailer coffee that goes cold while they're solving the next problem. Add their title, or a line that says what they build, and the gift feels like it was made for their work rather than a generic engineering shirt. If they're newly licensed or just moved into the role, a hoodie with the year they started makes a nice marker of the step up.
