About this quinebaug gift
Quinebaug is a river and a valley in northeastern Connecticut and Massachusetts, and the name carries the feeling of a place small enough that people know each other's families. The person who'd wear a Quinebaug shirt is probably someone who grew up there, moved away for work, and still says the name with a little pride. A shirt with the name on the front is how they wear that. A hoodie suits the cold months they remember from home, and a mug fits the morning ritual of a person who misses the place they came from. If you know the street, a village or a school in the area, add it on the second line, since that detail is what makes the gift theirs. You can also use the name on a baby onesie or kids tee if the family is raising a new local.
