About this ramp agent gift
A ramp agent works the tarmac where the schedule is won or lost. They load and unload bags in every kind of weather, direct the tug and the belt loader, and keep the turn on time when a flight is running behind. It's loud, physical work done in a headset, and most of it happens before passengers ever see the plane. A gift that acknowledges that lands well. A dark tee they can wear on a late shift, a hoodie for the cold early-morning ramp, or a mug for the break room between banks of arrivals. Add their name or their airport code on the front, or a line about the work itself, so it reads as theirs and not a generic aviation shirt. If you're shopping for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better thank-you than another cake in the break room.
