About this resident services director gift
A resident services director usually runs the part of a building or community that residents notice most: front desk, move-ins, maintenance requests, events in the common room, and the phone that rings at odd hours. Their day is a mix of paperwork, problem-solving and keeping people happy, often with very little credit. A gift that names the role tells them their work is seen. A tee or hoodie works well for the office days and the community events they run on weekends, and a mug fits the desk where most of the admin happens. If you know their building or community name, put it on the second line so the shirt is clearly theirs and not a generic office tee. Keep the wording simple and let the title speak for itself.
