About this retail sales assistant gift
Retail sales assistants spend most of their shifts on their feet, answering the same questions about returns and fitting rooms, and handling a steady stream of customers who are sometimes in a hurry and sometimes in no hurry at all. The gifts they actually use are the ones that make the long shift and the commute home a little easier: a soft tee for the drive, a hoodie for the chilly stockroom, a mug for the break room that's clearly theirs. A design with their store name or their own first name on it turns a generic work shirt into something they'll reach for on their day off too. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste everyone's names, so each person gets a shirt with their own name on it, which lands better than another box of pastries in the staff room.
