About this risk mgr gift
A risk manager spends their days thinking about what could go wrong before it does, which makes them the person in the office who reads the fine print, asks the uncomfortable question in the meeting, and keeps a list of audit findings nobody else wants to open. The job is mostly quiet and mostly careful, and the people who do it well are rarely thanked until something goes sideways. A shirt or mug with their title on it is a small way of saying you noticed the work. Type risk mgr into the text box to keep the abbreviation they use on their badge, or spell it out as risk manager if that's how their company writes it. A second line for their company's department, their team, or a year they started can make it theirs. Many risk managers spend long hours at a desk, so a hoodie for the cold office or a mug for the first coffee of an early meeting tends to get more use than something they'd only wear on a weekend.
