About this rn new grad gift
A new grad nurse has just passed the NCLEX and is starting their first real job, usually on a busy floor with a preceptor watching every move. The first months are a blur of new protocols, long shifts and learning to trust their own judgment. Gifts that land are the ones that mark the moment without adding to the pile of things they have to manage. A soft tee for the orientation week, a hoodie for the cold break room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't walk off the unit. Put RN and the year they started, or the unit they're on, and it becomes a keepsake of the transition. If you're buying for a whole cohort of new grads, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a memorable group gift. Many new grads get hired in the months after graduation, so the timing of a gift can follow their first paycheck or their first shift on the floor.
