About this rn placement gift
An RN placement is a stretch of clinical hours where a nursing student finally works beside a real care team, often on a unit they didn't choose and with preceptors who are watching closely. It's exhausting, full of new procedures and hard questions, and it's the stretch when a student starts to feel like a nurse. A shirt or mug with RN placement on it marks that moment. Add the unit or hospital floor, the semester, or their school's name in the second line, and it becomes their own. Many designs come as tees, dark tees, hoodies and mugs, so you can pick something they'll wear to clinicals in the early morning or keep at their desk for late-night study sessions. Placements often end with a rush of final evaluations, so a gift that arrives at the close of the rotation feels like a well-earned pat on the back.
