About this rn supplemental gift
An RN supplemental is the nurse who picks up extra shifts on top of a full-time schedule, usually to cover gaps, earn more, or pay down loans. They're often the first to say yes when the unit is short and the last to get a break, so a gift that acknowledges the extra hours lands well. Think soft tees for the drive home after a double, a hoodie for the chilly break room, or a mug that's clearly theirs when the coffee run starts. Adding RN Supplemental to the design, or their unit and credential on a second line, makes it feel personal rather than generic. Many supplemental nurses float between facilities, so a mug or shirt with their name also helps them stand out to new teams. If you're buying for a group of nurses working the same extra shifts, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
