About this rougon gift
Rougon is a small place name you might not find on every map, and that's worth keeping in mind before you write much about it. What I can say with confidence is that a gift tied to a town name works best when it's about the person who lives there or came from there. A shirt with the town on the front and a line for a neighborhood, a street, or the year they moved away makes it personal in a way a generic souvenir never does. Think about who you're shopping for: the one who grew up there and wants a reminder of home, the one who moved away and misses it, or a relative who still hasn't stopped talking about it. Each of them will read the shirt differently, so let the second line carry the story. A hoodie suits a cold-weather place, a mug suits the kitchen table, and a kids tee lets a family show where they're from in matching colors.
