About this saint landry gift
Saint Landry is a parish in south-central Louisiana, and the people who call it home tend to hold on to it wherever they end up. A shirt or mug with the parish name is a way to say where you're from, whether that's at a family gathering, a visit back for the holidays or a conversation with someone who has never heard of it. Saint Landry is a Louisiana parish, so the name carries the same easy pride many Louisianians have about their home ground. For the person who moved away, a Saint Landry hoodie is a warm reminder of cooler evenings. For a kid growing up there, a tee or onesie with the parish name is a first way of claiming a place. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a town within the parish or a year, and make the shirt theirs.
