About this sales assoc gift
A sales associate spends the day on the floor, helping customers, folding tables, restocking and handling the rush that comes with every holiday weekend. Retail shifts can run long and the feet get sore fast, so the gifts that land tend to be the ones they'll actually use between shifts: a soft tee for the drive home, a hoodie for the chilly stockroom, a mug for the break room where the coffee disappears fast. Retail is also a team job, so a shirt with their name and store role helps them feel recognized on the floor. If the word on the product is sales associate, it may read as generic, so try a second line with their first name, their store, or the year they started. That's the detail that makes a plain work shirt feel like theirs and not just a uniform. If you're buying for a whole department, a single design with every associate's name on their own shirt is a nice way to say thanks.
