About this service writer gift
A service writer is the person at the front counter who takes the customer's complaint, translates it into work the technicians can actually do, and then explains the bill without anyone getting angry. They spend the day on the phone, on the counter and walking back and forth to the shop floor, and they're usually the first one a customer blames when a repair takes longer than promised. A gift that acknowledges that job lands well. A tee or hoodie with service writer on it is something they can wear to the shop and be recognized for. Add the dealership, shop or department they work in on the second line if it fits, so the shirt is theirs and not generic. A mug works for the counter, where they're already juggling coffee, paperwork and a ringing phone. Nothing says you understand the job like a gift that treats it as real work.
