About this shop manager gift
A shop manager is usually the person who keeps everything running: the schedule, the inventory counts, the register that's short at close, and the staff who need someone to call when a shipment shows up wrong. Most of that work happens on their feet and in a stockroom that never quite has enough shelf space. What tends to land with them is something that reads as a joke only the people in their shop would get, plus a little recognition for the job itself. A shop manager tee for the early open, a hoodie for the cold receiving dock in winter, or a mug that gets claimed for the back office coffee maker will all get used. Add the store name or the department on the second line if you know it, since that's the detail that makes a generic title feel like theirs. If you're buying for the whole team who reports to them, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
