About this staffing mgr gift
A staffing manager spends the day matching people to jobs, chasing candidates who don't answer, and explaining to hiring managers why the perfect applicant hasn't materialized. Most of the work is invisible, so a gift that names the role tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with staffing mgr on it is a small joke only people in the field fully get, and that's the point. It suits the recruiter who posts a shirt to LinkedIn after a big placement week, or the coworker who has survived a hiring freeze. For the desk, an 11 oz mug with their name gives them something to hold while they schedule the fourth interview of the morning. Add their first name on a second line and the gift stops being a generic job shirt and becomes theirs. Pick the light or dark tee depending on whether they'd rather wear it to the office or to the weekend.
