About this star city gift
Star City is a place name that carries a lot of meaning for the people who grew up there or moved away and kept the accent. A shirt with the town name is how they show where they're from, whether that's at a reunion, on a road trip, or just on a Saturday morning around the house. Because it's a smaller place name, a lot of the people who'd wear it are proud of it in a quiet way, so a design that's simple and clean tends to suit them better than something loud. Add a second line for the year they were born, the street they lived on, or the high school class they graduated from, and it stops being a souvenir and becomes their story. If you're buying for someone who moved away, a mug or hoodie with the town name is a warm reminder of home that gets used every day.
