About this steel supervisor gift
A steel supervisor is the person who keeps a mill or fabrication shop moving. They read the heat schedules and the production orders, walk the floor before the first shift starts, and handle the problems that show up when a crane is down or a crew is short. The work is loud, hot and early, so the gifts that get used are the ones that fit the day: a hoodie for the cold mornings near the furnaces, a tee for the drive in, a mug for the coffee that's already gone lukewarm by the time they reach the office. What makes a gift land is showing you know the job. Put their title on it, or the line they run, or the plant or crew they answer to, and it stops being a generic work shirt and becomes theirs. You can also use a second line for a year, a shift or a crew name. Many designs have that space, so check the preview to see how it sits.
