About this suitland gift
Suitland is a census-designated place in Prince George's County, Maryland, just southeast of Washington, D.C., and it's home to a lot of federal workers and their families who have lived there for decades. A Suitland shirt tends to go to someone who grew up there, went to school there, or still has family on the same streets they walked as kids. It's a place where people know each other, so a shirt with the name is an easy way to say you're proud of where you're from. For someone who has moved away, a Suitland mug on the kitchen counter brings the place back every morning. For a graduate or a new parent, a hoodie or baby onesie with Suitland on it marks where they started. Add a street, a school or a year in the second line to make it personal.
