About this supervisor contract gift
A supervisor on a contract usually means someone who runs a team on a project with an end date, answering to a client or a prime contractor while keeping their own crew on schedule. Their days are split between site walks, scheduling calls and the paperwork that keeps a contract paid on time. Gifts that land for them tend to be the practical ones they'd never buy for themselves, like a hoodie for early site visits or a mug for the trailer coffee. The word supervisor on a shirt says what they do without a long explanation, and adding their name or the company they contract through makes it personal. If the gift is for a project wrap-up or a contract renewal, a note about the milestone on the second line of the design turns a shirt into a marker of the work they finished.
