About this supervisor house gift
A house supervisor is the person who runs the building after the administrators go home. They take the calls at night, handle the staffing gaps, settle the family or visitor who needs someone in charge, and make the judgment calls nobody else wants to make on a long shift. The gifts that land for them are the ones that acknowledge that role. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold corners of the building, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander into the break room pile. Put the title on it, or add their unit or shift, so it reads as their job and not a generic work shirt. If you're recognizing a whole supervisory team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt says more than another sheet cake, and it's the kind of thing they'll keep and wear on their day off.
