About this supervisor order gift
A supervisor usually sits between the people doing the work and the people deciding what the work is for, which means they tend to be the one who fixes the schedule, covers the gap and absorbs the complaints. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that middle position. A tee they can wear on a day off, a hoodie for the early shift when the floor is still cold, or a mug for the desk where the real planning happens. The word "supervisor" on its own is accurate, but adding their team, department or shift on the second line makes it theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and list each person's name so everyone gets a shirt with their own name on it, and the supervisor gets one too.
