About this supervisor project management gift
A supervisor or project manager spends the day juggling deadlines, budgets, status meetings and the people who keep asking when the thing will be done. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that juggling without making a joke of it. A mug for the first coffee before the stand-up, a hoodie for the office that's always cold, or a tee for the weekend when they finally stop checking email. Their job title on the design says you see what they do. If they lead a particular kind of team, add that in the second line, such as the department, the product or the year they took over the role. Keep the design simple and the wording plain, since they probably already have plenty of noise in their day. A shirt that says project management reads as a nod to the work itself, which is often more meaningful than a generic thank-you card.
