About this supervisor system gift
A supervisor system person is the one who keeps a system running when things go sideways, usually by juggling schedules, escalations and the team's bad days along with their own work. They're often the first to get the call at odd hours and the last to get credit when things go smoothly. What lands well is something that acknowledges that balancing act without being grim about it. A tee for the workday, a hoodie for the early morning check-in, or a mug that says clearly whose coffee it is will all get used. Put the job title on it, or the system they oversee, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole team that reports to them, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop can be a nice way to say thanks together.
