About this supervisor winter gift
A supervisor who works through a winter has usually spent it juggling shift swaps, frozen commutes and a team that needs to be kept warm and on schedule. Winter is a particular kind of pressure: shorter days, more call-outs, and the cold that gets into everything, including the morning coffee. A gift that acknowledges the season and the job lands well. A hoodie for the cold early shifts, a mug for the break room that's clearly theirs, or a tee for the off hours they actually want to spend warm and relaxed. Putting the word winter on the design, or pairing it with supervisor as the second line, turns a generic work shirt into something that reflects their particular season at work. If you're buying for someone who leads a crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to mean more than any single gift.
