About this surgical services asst gift
A surgical services assistant is the person who keeps the operating rooms running: setting up instrument trays, restocking supplies between cases, and making sure the room is ready before the surgeon walks in. It's detailed, fast work, often on early or long shifts, and the people doing it are rarely thanked by name. A gift that says their job out loud tends to land well. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly OR suite, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the break room all work. Put the job title on the front and add their facility, unit or the year they started on the second line, so it reads as theirs and not a generic medical shirt. If you're buying for a whole surgical team, one design in the Team Shop can carry every person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say you noticed how much they do.
