About this technical project leader gift
A technical project leader sits between engineers who want more time and stakeholders who want the date moved up, and spends most of the week keeping both sides talking. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that juggling: a tee they can wear to a standup, a hoodie for the long planning stretch before a launch, or a mug for the desk where the status updates get written. Writing TPL, or their actual title if it's slightly different, on the shirt tells them you know what the role is called and what it involves. Add the name of their team, the product they ship, or the year they took over the project to make it personal. If you're buying for a whole project group, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better end-of-release gift than another round of donuts.
