About this telephone interviewer gift
A telephone interviewer spends the day with a headset on, reading from a script, dialing numbers and hearing a lot of doors close. Many of them work from home or in call centers where the shift can run long, so the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that make a quiet workday feel a little more like theirs. A mug they can keep at the desk, a hoodie for the cold basement office or the thermostat war at home, a tee for the weekend. The job is often thankless, so a shirt that names it plainly tells them someone sees what they do. Add their name, their team, or their years on the job, and a generic work shirt becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole survey team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a nice way to say thanks.
