About this tender gift
A tender is the person who keeps a bar running, reading the room, pouring the pour and remembering who takes their whiskey neat. Bartending is a job built on long shifts on your feet, late nights and a lot of small kindnesses to strangers, so the gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge the craft. A soft tee for a shift off, a hoodie for the cold walk to the bus after close, or a mug for the first coffee before the lunch rush. Put tender on the front and add their bar name, their home bar or the year they started underneath, and it stops being a generic bartender shirt and becomes theirs. Many tenders go by a nickname behind the bar, so type that in the second line if you know it. It's a gift that says you've noticed how hard the work is.
