About this topock gift
Topock is a small place on the Colorado River in western Arizona, along Route 66 and near the Needles area, and most people who live there know each other. A Topock shirt is the sort of thing a local buys to wear to the river, the highway stop or the family barbecue, and a visitor buys to remember the spot they passed through. Because the town is small, a shirt with Topock on it reads as a claim of belonging, the way a hometown ballcap does. For someone who grew up there or spent years on that stretch of river, a mug or hoodie carries real meaning. For the traveler who stopped for gas on Route 66 and found the place more interesting than expected, a tee is a good way to hold onto the trip. Add a second line with a year, a road or a family name to make it theirs.
