About this ulysses gift
Ulysses is a name with a long literary shadow, from Homer's wandering king to James Joyce's novel about a single day in Dublin. Someone called Ulysses has probably heard every joke about it by the time they're ten, and many of them have built a nickname or a habit of answering to Uly, Ulu or Sy just to skip the fuss. A gift with their name on it lands when it respects that: a tee or hoodie that says Ulysses in full, with a second line for a nickname they actually use, or a middle name, or the year they were born. Kids named Ulysses often get a kids tee or a baby onesie with the name spelled out, which doubles as a keepsake. For an adult, a mug with their name is an easy daily reminder that the name is theirs and worth wearing proudly. Ask a parent or friend which version of the name they go by before you order, because getting the nickname right is the detail that makes it feel chosen for them.
