About this underwriter gift
Underwriters decide whether a risk is worth taking, and they do it all day with spreadsheets, applications and a lot of careful reading. Many work for insurance carriers, others at brokers or reinsurers, and the job often involves weighing property, life or commercial policies against guidelines that change every year. A gift that acknowledges the work lands better than a generic office item. Think about the early mornings reviewing submissions, the tight renewal deadlines, and the long afternoons spent explaining a decision to an agent who didn't want to hear it. A shirt or hoodie with their title on it gives them something to wear on a casual Friday or a weekend errand that still says what they do. A mug with their name keeps the good coffee where they can reach it. Add their line of business or their credential if they have one, and the gift becomes theirs rather than just another office perk.

- A tee for casual FridaysA soft shirt that names their profession works well for the one day a week the office relaxes a little.
- A dark tee for the weekendIf they prefer darker clothes, a dark tee with their title gives them something they can wear to errands or a ballgame.
