About this weld supervisor gift
A weld supervisor is usually the one who was the best welder on the crew before they got the clipboard. They're checking joints, signing off on procedures, and making sure the people under them go home in one piece, often in heat, sparks and cold steel. The gifts that land are the ones that respect the work: a shirt they can wear on the shop floor or the drive in, a hoodie for the cold job site mornings, a mug for the coffee that goes cold while they're on the radio. Put their title on it and it stops being generic. A few shops use a trade word in the second line, like the shop name or the crew, but only add what they really use. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to mean more to a supervisor than another round of lunch.

- A mug for the break roomAn 11 oz mug with their title gets them through the shift and keeps it from walking off the bench.
- Matching shirts for the crewPick one design in the Team Shop and paste the crew's names, so each person gets their own size.
