About this acute care assistant gift
Acute care assistants do the work that keeps a hospital floor moving: turning and repositioning patients, taking vitals, helping with meals and bathing, answering call lights, and being the person who notices when something's off. It's physical, fast and often thankless, and most of them are on their feet for a full shift. So the gifts that land are the ones that make the rest of life easier and say their work is seen. A soft tee or hoodie they can throw on after a long day, a mug that's clearly theirs, something with their unit or shift on it. Type in the title the way their badge reads, ACA or PCA or CNA, and add a second line such as Med-Surg, Telemetry or Night Shift. That detail is what makes it a gift for them and not a generic hospital shirt. If you're shopping for a whole floor, one design with each person's name beats another box of donuts.
