About this adjunct trainer gift
An adjunct trainer is the person who teaches the class, runs the workshop or coaches the new hires, often on top of another job and across more than one campus or company. They carry a laptop bag, a stack of handouts and a lot of patience for the same question asked three ways. Most of them get thanked with a gift card at best, so something made for them stands out. A tee or hoodie works for the days they're in front of a room, and a mug is the one thing that actually survives the commute between sites. Make it theirs by adding their name, the subject they teach, or a line like Safety Training, Leadership or Adult Learning. If they've just wrapped a big cohort, the year or the program name turns a plain shirt into a small keepsake. If you're thanking a whole training team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt beats a card everyone signs in the hallway.
